Lasagna - when you're in a rush? Yes, why not? With this Lebensbaum organic lasagna spice mix, which contains basil, rosemary, thyme and finely ground nutmeg, anyone can make a quick and delicious meal of this classic dish. All you need are a few ingredients and the oven will take care of the rest.
Method of preparation :
Recipe : 250 g of minced meat, 200 g of sour cream, 9 sheets of lasagna (without pre-cooking), 75 g of grated cheese (eg Gouda cheese).
1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Mix 500 ml of cold water, cream and the spice mixture. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
2. Place sauce and lasagna sheets alternately in a baking dish. Start and finish with sauce. Sprinkle them with grated cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven on the upper / lower rack at 200 °C (hot air 180 °C) for about 30 minutes.
