Our Mango Curry features ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg and of course mango, leading to a subtle sweetness and creating a pleasantly rounded overall sound. It can be used like any typical curry powder. It is ideal for vegetables, stews and fish.
TIP FOR THE KITCHEN
This mild to medium spicy curry goes perfectly with vegetarian recipes made from lentils, mild potatoes or carrots, as well as in combination with fruit. However, curry can also be used to marinate and season chicken, shrimp, salmon, tuna, and white fish, especially when combined with coconut milk. But Sweet Kashmir also works wonders with cream cheese or crème fraîche spreads.
